A Message from the Headteacher
A very warm welcome to all our families.
I would like to thank everyone for the support you gave during 2015/16. The year was busy with lots of change.
September 2016 saw the new Year 3 children join us from the Infant School and over this first half term they have started to settle in really well.
I strongly believe that Bramley Sunnyside Junior School is an excellent school in a warm and welcoming parish and I consider myself extremely fortunate to be in a position to continue working to build on the school’s strengths and further develop the achievements of the school.
I am keenly aware of the importance not only of the contributions of children and staff but the parents and wider community as well.
I care deeply about the development of children and am passionate about creating an educational environment, where all children, regardless of differences are safe, happy, confident and able to achieve their full potential.
As a parent myself I appreciate the importance of working together to provide a happy, productive environment in which children will gain in confidence and flourish.
I welcome your support in the continued success of our school.
Very best wishes
Mrs Helen Headleand
