PSHE is a high priority at our school where we strive to promote the importance of keeping our minds healthy, as well as our bodies.

We have an amazing Inclusion Team in school, with supportive Well-Being Ambassadors too.

However, we know that we can't do the fantastic work we do without the outstanding support from our families too.

Below are a range of valuable resources that you might find helpful:

My Happy Mind is a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing, which teaches children preventative strategies that support the building and sustaining of a positive mental health. Based on positive psychology research, the programme teaches children to understand their mind and the science behind our brains, using technical vocabulary to explain why we sometimes feel and react in certain ways. The NHS backed programme consists of 5 modules which are taught in weekly 20-minute whole-class interventions. My Happy Mind also includes a parental app, to embed a systematic approach, where parents can use and learn the same strategies with children at home.
